Individual Therapy
One-on-one trauma-informed therapy designed to help you heal, set boundaries, and rediscover your inner strength. Through a personalized approach, we’ll work together over time to unravel past wounds, develop self-empowerment, and create meaningful change in your life.

Tea Sits
Tea sits are an opportunity for contemplation and self-reflection for acute issues that may arise in need of guidance and witnessing. These are single sessions, and are more directive than traditional therapy. They are ceremonial in nature and include beautiful, ancient teas which are served with reverence.

Ritual Crafting Sessions
Guidance for building ritual into your everyday life. This includes remembering how to cycle with your bleed, as well as the moon and the seasons. We will take time to develop practices that can be built upon slowly, and in a way that is not overwhelming to the system. Moon rituals, crafting an altar, and creating sacred space are all beautiful parts of tending to yourself.

Self-Healing Collective
Each month, you will receive a specific protocol or coping skill to work on in your inbox. At the end of the month, we will gather for the purpose of integration and discussion. This option allows the space for collective healing at a fraction of the cost of therapy. It is my honor to hold space for everyone, including those who cannot afford therapy.

Handcrafted Ceremonies
Individual gatherings for life transitions such as solar return, grief and loss, relationship endings, pregnancy, menopause, or other monumental events. These will most often be held in nature, unless otherwise requested. We will discuss in a discovery call and Crystal will intuitively craft a heart-centered ceremony for the occasion.
